Untouched by judgment...

Untouched by judgment…

I love the feeling of when you are in this state of being where words as thoughts just flow…untouched by judgment. 

It can happen during conversations with others and with self. 

You can talk or think about anything without the fear of being judged or rejected. 

You just allow each other and yourself to let the thoughts pass because you realize they are just thoughts and really they don’t have power, not unless you give them power and that is always a choice.

And that choice is powerful because you can choose love and create beauty all around you.
